Brookdale Senior Living San Antonio, TX
Hawk’s Cay Hawk’s Cay in Duck Key, Florida underwent a $60 million renovation to the 177 guestrooms, 250 two and three-bedroom villas, full-service marina, six restaurants, saltwater lagoon, five swimming pools and the Calm Waters Spa. Through JLL’s on-site project management, the resort celebrated its grand opening in August of 2018, four months earlier than originally scheduled.

Sheltering Arms Institute JLL provided development management services for the new, $95.5 million, 212,000 s.f. rehabilitation hospital in central Virginia. The state-of-the-art campus brought together administrators, local caregivers, caregivers from other nationally recognized rehabilitation hospitals and former rehabilitation patients in order to ensure that the experience in the new building would be second to none.
