Key responsibilities at RIBA Stage 0-2 involve Concept refinement of overall tower scheme, assisting 3d model detailing of various sub-schemes. I then furthered rationalisation on facade and ground floor ‘residential entry’ options to create a discrete yet ‘open’ condition for those living on the upper floors, in 3D (enscape, Rhino) and 2D (Photoshop, CAD)

Stage 5: 50-storey (City Tower) and 30-storey (River Tower) residential, hotel + retail project in Vauxhall, London. The project had various value-engineering redesigns which involved packagins for the winter garden, as well as material specifications in the City Tower.

Ferragamo’s 2021 Gancini Collection aims to culturally synthesise the rediscovery of Hong Kong’s historic locations. Flagship Store and Procession Pop-up Event of the travelling ‘Fridge’ motif was created to celebrate Ferragamo’s timeless brand and Hong Kong’s informal trading spaces. A series of bespoke brass-detailed fridges and an illuminated glass-floor monogram flooring module was conceived to be re-assembled at the Flagship Store.

ONE NINE ELMS, LONDON

Through minimalistic, asian rooted materials and glazed tiles, a series of earthy colours meander through the flat as we designed the flat to have increased social spaces, and a ‘feathered’ bespoke shelf that increases the vistas into the deep floor plan. A suspended metal bracket kitchen shelf creates a dining and cooking space, with a specially designed ‘Chefs Tabletop’ delineating the threshold between these two spaces.

Various subcultures, markets would still thrive but on an elevated plane, as this ‘zone’ becomes a pilot for ultra-dense living. Private tenement buildings would free up allotment green spaces

"Slenderness" is an engineering definition. Structural engineers generally consider skyscrapers with a minimum 1:10 or 1:12 ratio (of the width of the building's base to its height) to be "slender." Slenderness is a proportion based on the width of the base to the height of the building.
