6th July 2020 Dear Parent /Carers, System Change: Support for Free School Meals (not Universal Infant Free School Meals Year R–2) Since March we have been providing on-line vouchers on a weekly basis via Wonde. We will be moving to the Government Scheme provided via Edenred from W/C 13th July 2020 (last week of term) and for the Summer Holidays. Please note for days when your child/children are attending school you will need to provide a packed lunch for the week commencing 13th July. You will receive a voucher to the value of £15 per child for W/C 13th July 2020. If you have more than one child, the voucher amount will increase: ● One Child - £15, Two Children - £30, Three Children - £45 etc. For the summer holidays you will receive £90 per child. If you have more than one child, the voucher amount will increase. Some supermarkets limit gift cards to £200, so if the total you are entitled to is higher than this, it will be split into two payments. You will receive an email from Edenred; to select your supermarket eGift card, follow the steps below: 1 . Copy eCode from your email 2 . Go to www.freeschoolmeals.co.uk 3 . Enter the 16-digit eCode (you can enter more than one eCode if you have more than one to redeem) 4 . Select a supermarket 5 . Enter the amount and add to basket 6 . Checkout and enter the email address you would like the eGift card sent to 7 . Your eGift card will be processed and sent (please allow up to 24 hours for it to be delivered to your inbox). We hope the change in system will cause minimal disruption.
