Rose E. McCoy Auditorium
Located in the heart of the historically rich Jackson State University campus, the Rose E. McCoy Auditorium serves as the epicenter of theatrical and artistic expression. The multifaceted venue offers a myriad of occasions ranging from academic ceremonies, drama performances, and musical concerts. With a seating capacity of over 1,300, the facility can be transformed to an array of creative possibilities.
Lee E. Williams Athletic and Assembly Center Built in 1981, the Lee E. Williams Athletic and Assembly Center serves as the home of the mighty Jackson State Tigers men’s and women’s basketball teams. With a seating capacity of over 8,000, the multi-purpose arena accommodates Jackson State University athletic coach and administrative offices, training rooms, meeting spaces and concessions.
Student Center
The Jackson State University Student Center serves as the hub for student recreational,cultural, social, and educational activities and events. The versatile facility accommodates multiple meeting rooms, ballrooms and more. The first floor houses the dynamic JSU Bookstore, ATM services, and a host of campus dining options. The second floor houses entertainment areas such as the Tiger Cinema Theater, Tiger Zone Game Room and a TV lounge. The third floor houses Terry L. Woodard Ballrooms which can be transformed to accommodate an array of special occasions such as ceremonies, corporate seminars andlarge meetings. Additionally, the Senate Chambers is ideal for seminars and gatheringsand can seat up to 64 people.

Historic Ayer Hall and
Historic Ayer Walkway
Built in 1903, Ayer Hall is the oldest building at Jackson State University and has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1977. Resting at the heart of the JSU campus, Ayer Hall is immediately next door to the JSU Library and diagonally across from the JSU Student Center and Administration Tower. Ayer Hall also houses the prestigious Margaret Walker Center, a museum and archive, which is free and open to the public. The elegant indoor spaces and beautiful walkway can be transformed into elegant receptions and ceremonies.

With over three marble-floored areas, the spaces are perfect for hosting receptions and small meetings. The external area is adorned with fascinating fountains that greet welcomed guests with a sense of class and sophistication. The elegant fountain area is ideal for hosting outdoor receptions, ceremonies, dining, concerts, informal picnics and more.

Campus Grounds GIBBS GREEN PLAZA
The Gibbs Green Plaza is a bustling epicenter of activity and activism for students and the community. Students host a variety of vital efforts such as blood drives and voter registration drives on the plaza. Two Amphitheater areas can be transformed into a space for student “hot spots” where Greek organizations gather to celebrate with music, concerts and a host of other events. Located in the front of the Business Office and across from Ayer Hall, the Centennial Area is ideal for hosting small, intimate gatherings. Tiger Park is nested on the east side of campus, and serves as the home of the newly constructed Legacy Donor Wall. The elegant wall features the names of loyal and supportive donors who contribute to vital scholarships and academic opportunities for our talented students.

101 Building Downtown Campus Patio Located in the heart of downtown Jackson, the 101 Building Lobby and Art Gallery is ideal for small receptions and ceremonies. The building also houses the distinguished Alumni Relations Offices. The outdoor patio boasts a lavish concrete area which is perfect for hosting jazz socials and small receptions.

Welcome Center
The Welcome Center serves as the epicenter of university information where welcomed guests can receive information on JSU programs, events and facilities. The center also houses a conference room where event organizers can host an array of meetings.

College ofLiberal Arts
The College of Liberal Arts building houses an array of lecture rooms which are perfect for hosting a myriad of meetings and seminars. Lecture room 146 can accommodate up to 100 people, and lecture room 166/ 266 can accommodate up to 300 people. The beautiful courtyard can host a dining reception up to 100 guests.
