Its 2018 and the world has changed in regards to marketing and branding. Those wonderful little devices in your hand 18 hours a day have exposed the general public to the marketing efforts of the major corporations creating a disconnect with local businesses. About 10 years ago, we decided to start a company that would make local businesses cosmetically look like the major corporations at a cost effective price. We thought “Why shouldn’t a local business look like the giants?” And that’s exactly what we do, make you Look Global. Our goal is to put together a branding plan that will make you cosmetically look better than your competition and in the process, drive traffic to your establishment. We’ve always said “You can give away free iPhones on Black Friday but if you don’t look like Best Buy, people aren’t going to take you serious and still go spend $1,000 on the same phone at a major retailer.”

We will conduct a full photo shoot of the staff as a group and individual pictures for promotional campaigns and branding of staff

We will conduct video production of the staff as a group and individual videos for promotional campaigns and branding of staff

We will conduct video production for specialty nights (ie. Tequila Tuesdays, Whiskey Wednesdays)

We will conduct video production for a promotional video showcasing the establishment and staff

- Multiple outfit changes will be needed for the staff shoot and will have to be conducted either at an extremely slow time while the club is open or during non operating hours

We will conduct video production for a Christmas content marketing campaign

We will conduct video production for a New Years content marketing campaign

We will conduct video production for a generic content marketing campaign

Concept ideas will be discussed at the pre production meeting

All extras (background people) for video production will be provided by the club

JNA Studios will need access to social media accounts

• We will post all social media content for the 30 days to ensure that posts are being released at the correct times, copy is written correctly and that the correct content is being posted •

The staff will be fully engaged in sharing posts from the company page

• Personal posts from staff will be limited during the 30 days that aren't connected to a company page post to ensure the most traffic possible to the company page

We will conduct video production for each bartender making a signature drink

We will promote a contest on social media for who has the best drink

People will be able to vote via social media

The winning bartender will get bragging rights (and a prize at owners discretion)

• By an individual voting on the contest, liking the company page and tagging three of their friends, they will be entered into a contest for a free VIP both and bottle on a designated night (upon owners approval)

Ownership and management have to be fully on board with the plan to ensure as much success as possible

It is crucial for any media and marketing company to have case studies on their work showing proven results from their campaigns. Here are some of ours.

Club Case Study Over a 90 day time period, we did a case study on video views and it’s affects of driving traffic to a gentlemen’s club. This company page had minimal likes and the posts barely received any shares. Each video averaged 700 views with the top video producing 1,500 views at the time of post. The response from the customers was overwhelming and the 360 Degrees video performed just as well as the promotional videos

STATISTICS 76.5% of marketers and small business owners who have used video marketing say it had a direct impact on their business. 74% of B2C marketers say pre produced video will be critical to content marketing success in 2018. Global internet traffic from videos will make up 80% of all internet traffic by 2019. 4X as many consumers would prefer to watch a video about a product than to read about it.


Bar Case Study Step 1: We filmed PROFESSIONAL footage last night (not cell phone footage) Step 2: Produced a short promo video Step 3: Ran the video on Facebook live on a continuous 4 hour loop so that everyone who logged on to Facebook who likes the company page in that 4 hours received a notification that the page was live. Step 4: Made sure that the copy included a promo for tonight's party (Also posted the flyer for tonight's party on the company page 5 minutes before I went live) RESULTS... 1,000 People got the notification that the page was live and over 400 people viewed the video (over 40% is good in Facebook statistics land) It generated conversations on multiple other posts for the party tonight It generated conversation within friends tagging each other to either go to the bar tonight or next weekend It brought attention via professional content to over 400 people about the bar and when those 400 people see the other bars in the area posting about their Friday night party via cell phone pictures or text posts, this bar will win because people are going to take them a lot more seriously and remember them over the other bars.

Bar Case Study 2 While we did a photo shoot on a Monday night to personally brand & market each bartender, we filmed behind the scenes footage (we also filmed for individual promos for each bartender). Disclaimer: Hootsuite says that statistically. Tuesday is the worst day to post on social media so of course we had to put it to the test on a Tuesday! So what Iwe did was edited the professionally filmed footage down to a minute long video and ran it on a 4 hour continuous Facebook Live loop so that any of the 6000+ people that logged on to Facebook who follow the page during those 4 hours got a notification that the page was live. Results: People Reached: 8,157 (more people than actually like the company page) Overall Views: 1,824 Unique Views: 1,749 Post Engagements: 56 Total Minutes Viewed: 1,012 My Takeaway: It doesn't matter when you post as long as you have professional content that doesn't either look like shit or look like what everyone else is doing.
