Joan Dispenza Experienced Former Nurse Joan Dispenza worked as a registered nurse and an Administrator for over twenty years in upstate New York. She started at the Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo, New York. She became the Head Nurse of the Millard Fillmore Hospital in 1984, became the Director of Nursing in 1989, and moved on to Clinical Manager of Ambulatory Care Services in 1996. She became the Administrator of the Ambulatory Surgery Center in 1999.

Joan Dispenza Former Administrator of ASC Joan Dispenza was the Administrator of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) of Western New York for ten years. She left the position in 2009 and moved to Henderson, Nevada, where she contributes to her community in any way that she can.

In the past, Dispenza has helped the ASC in Amherst, New York maintain its excellent services to patients throughout the area.

Joan Dispenza Helped the ASC Grow Joan Dispenza helped the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) grow from a single surgical specialty facility to a multi-specialty center as the Administrator of the facility from 1999 to 2009.

She kept the center completely up to date with all state and AAAHC accreditation as the facility grew to match the region’s needs for a physician-owned and operated business that treats its patients with compassion.

Joan Dispenza Ambulatory Care Expert Joan Dispenza spent over ten years working in ambulatory care facilities in upstate New York. She was the Clinical Manager of Ambulatory Care Services at the Millard Fillmore Health Facility in Buffalo, New York. After working at that position for three years, she moved on to head the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Western New York (ASC).

While working as Administrator, she led the ASC’s transition from a single specialty same-day surgery facility to a multi-specialty facility.
