SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION Due to Bishop Herzog’s health, he necessarily consolidated the Confirmation schedule for 2015. Therefore, parishioner Eric Fuqua will be Confirmed on Wednesday, April 22nd at 6:30PM in St. Joseph Church, Marksville. Everyone is invited!!
FAMILY FUN DAY The men of Mary, Mother of Jesus will host a family fun day on May 31, 2015. It will start at 12:00Noon to 5:00PM. There will be food and fun for everyone so please mark your calendar and make plans to attend.
MUSIC MARY, MOTHER OF JESUS CHURCH I’m pleased to announce that beginning this Sunday, April 12th our organist, Dr. Mary DeVille, will also be providing music ministry at the 10:30AM Mass along cantor Angela Hawthorne. Since music is an essential element of the Catholic Mass. I know that we are all pleased by this enhancement to our parish worship.
