RELIGIOUS EDUCATION/CCD As you may recall, our original plan was to provide a week of Religious Education the first week of June in addition to monthly education via the homily at the 10:30AM Sunday Mass. Since most parents expressed a preference for weekly classes instead, the summer week has been cancelled. A Vacation Bible School program will be planned for the future. Beginning September 9, 2015 we will have regular Wednesday classes from 6:00PM to 7:30PM for grades 1 to 11. Separate sacramental preparation classes for first Penance and first Communion will be offered on Sundays from 9:00AM to 10:00AM. Please email Kathy at mmjwoodworth@att.net as soon as possible to preregister your child(ren) for Religious Education/CCD classes in the Fall.
FIRST MONDAY SUPPER

Spring is the season during which parents typically begin to think about registering their child/ ren for school in the fall. Please remember that if your child/ren attend(s) a Catholic school which assesses a surcharge for non-parishioners, and you are an active, registered member of Mary, Mother of Jesus Parish, we will pay that assessment for you. This is one way to assist everyone in being able to register in the parish of their spiritual choice rather than financial need. Please feel free to contact me.
