Religious Education Classes
On Wednesday, July 27 I underwent an outpatient weight loss surgical procedure. I share this with you to avert any concerns about my overall health as my weight (hopefully) declines.
On Wednesday, September 7, Religious Ed/ CCD classes will resume. We are always in need of volunteers to share their faith with the youth of our parish. If you are interested please contact Michelle Lemoine at 318-305-3898 or mblemoine1@gmail.com
The town of Woodworth is in the process of eliminating the ditch in front of the rectory. Thanks to Mike Leleux for initiating this improvement to our property.

Additional Collection Next weekend donations for the Solidarity Fund for the Church in Africa should be placed in the first collection. While those in the region are inspired by the faith, they face the challenges of high rates of poverty and unemployment, in addition to illiteracy and inadequate education.
