SHEPHERD CENTER FOOD DRIVE

THANK YOU!!

Our parish is collecting nonperishable protein, e.g. canned tuna, canned meats, peanut butter, etc., for the Shepherd Center. A receptacle for this purpose is located in the narthex. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

We have received two generous anonymous donations for which we would like to thank the donors: 1) a new four door freezer in Cumella Hall and 2) a new 5-ton air conditioner for the pulpitside of the church, replacing an older, lessefficient 3-ton unit.

We are sponsoring a booth at the Annual Woodworth Halloween Event, October 31st. A receptacle is in the narthex for your donations of Halloween candy. We also need volunteers to help. Please call Diane Fuqua at 451-4363.

Located near the baptismal font is our parish’s Book of the Names of the Dead. You are invited to write the names of any deceased for which you would like us to pray during the month of November. They will be collectively included every weekend in the Prayers of the Faithful.

CORNBREAD DRESSING SALE Cornbread dressing w/chicken is on sale for $20 and carrot soufflé for $15. This is a ONE TIME ONLY event. Orders must be received by November 3rd. Contact the parish office to order.
