Second Collection This Weekend This weekend there will be a second collection for the Retired Priest in the Diocese of Alexandria. With costs continually escalating, the monthly retirement benefit for the 17 retired priest in our diocese must be adjusted. Thank you in advance for your generous support of our retired priests and please keep them in your prayers. Remember, the basket will be passed the first time for the benefit

If you are a primary caregiver, and need someone to sit with your loved on due to a temporary, outside commitment you may have, please call the Church office at (318) 487-9894 so we can arrange for an MMJ Companion to help you out.

Diocesan Choir

Piano To Donate??

The Alexandria Diocesan Liturgical Commission is organizing a Diocesan Choir. This choir would provide musical leadership at several diocesan Masses during the year celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. There are no auditions or vocal requirements needed. A desire to praise God in song is all that is required. Please contact Fr. Paul M. LaPalme at (318) 487-9894.

If you or someone you know has a piano in good, playable condition, Cumella Hall could benefit such a donation. There are times such as Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc., when live music would enhance our celebration. Please contact Fr. Paul.
