Aertker, a former member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Parish, recently died. In her will she requested a generous contribution from her estate be made to the OLPS library fund. Marie’s daughter, Jill Occhi, stated that her mother had a deep love for the church and since we no longer have a library fund, the family requested the donation be put toward our capital campaign fund. We thank Mrs. Aertker’s family for honoring her wishes and contributing to our campaign. – Father Dan FRIDAY, APRIL 6 AT 6:00 P.M. you will have another opportunity to draw near to HIM. You are invited to join OLPS in praying the Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross, in the church. Walk with our Lord on His Way of the Cross, a journey made because of His great love for each of us. Let us unite ourselves to the passion and death of Jesus Christ in the conscious way we live and each moment so that our hope may grow. – Jessica Viator
