DAILY MASSES DURING LENT 6:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. Thursday, Friday and Saturday STATIONS OF THE CROSS Thursday 1:15 P.M.; Friday 6:00 P.M. LENTEN PENANCE SERVICE Wednesday, March 28, 6:30 P.M. WWWWWWW A SPECIAL THANK YOU to all who participated in the Lenten Morning of Reflection on Tuesday, March 13, as you made the day worthwhile. The Madonna Room was festive with St. Patrick Day’s decorations; the food was plentiful and delicious. Father Rickey Gremillion gave us much food for prayer with his reflections on Jesus’ response, “Can you drink the Cup that I am going to drink?” Father urged us to drink the cup of life, the cup of sorrow, but also the cup of joy. – Sister JoAnn DeLoach PALM SUNDAY BAKE SALE: On Saturday, March 31 and Sunday, April 1 before and after the 4:00 P.M., 9:00 A.M., and 10:30 A.M. Masses, the Altar Society will hold its annual Palm Sunday Bake Sale in the Madonna Room. Bakers are needed! Anyone interested in donating a baked item may deliver it to the Madonna Room on Saturday, March 31 beginning at 3:00 P.M. and before the 4:00 Mass. Thanks so much! OLPS JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUPS are hosting a BBQ pork lunch on Tuesday, April 10 to raise funds to cover the costs associated with the groups’ attending the Catholic Heart Work Camp this summer. The lunch includes a BBQ pork sandwich, brownie and chips for $6.00. Lunch orders of five or more will be delivered. Forms are located on the tables in the church. EASTER MEMORIAL DONATIONS: You will find memorial envelopes on the tables at each entrance to the church. This is an appropriate way to remember a loved one, deceased or living. You may drop your envelope in the contribution basket or return it to the church office. Memorials will be used to purchase flowers for the church during the Easter season and will be published in the Easter Sunday bulletin.
