ORAL PRESENTATION #2: EXPOSITORY PARAGRAPH

After we have discussed how to write an expository paragraph, you will be assigned to investigate a situation in your community for which you will do a news report. Select a situation good or bad of your community and write an expository paragraph in which you will inform your classmates about the situation. After writing your paragraphs, you will record yourself as a reporter. If you can’t record yourself let me know in order to negotiate what can be done. The work can be done in group, but every member should inform about a different situation. You will be evaluated with a rubric that will contain the criteria listed below. You will have to hand in your paragraph and a CD or DVD with your video. This presentation will have a value of 50 points. The due date is on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.
