What is this project? This is a a project built between AIESEC Mexico and the govermental institution: Camara de Comercio Mexico-Argentina (CCMA). With the purpose of sending 34 mexican students to go on a Global Volunteer through AIESEC & the CCMA to Argentina. Its a project that will send specific group of students in three different dates: 15 Students on the 5th of November 11 Students on the 3rd of December 8 Students on the 14th of January
The purpose of the project & application is for an LC from Mexico City to apply to – together with the MC – manage and support this 34 students to go abroad.
What are the responsabilities of each side? From the Camara de Comercio Mexico-Argentina To promote the opportunities in the several Universities they have presence and get most of the attraction & leads for AIESEC; To support in the creation of the Product Packaging; To support in the logistics of the OPS. From MC HUB To ensure the cooperations & enable the opportunities with AIESEC Argentina; To develop the system of nurturing of the leads and the communication between CCMA, AIESEC Argentina & the LC that will manage the project; Create the national Product Package (Flights, ICX + OGX Fee, Insurance) & respective sales materials; To support & track the LC that will manage this project; To also be a channel of promotion & attraction of this project. From the selected LC To effectively nurture all the leads for the project in a specific space (applicant – approval – realization); To be in constant communication with MC HUB & AIESEC Argentina; To have HR available to support in the OPS delivery; To still normally audit this 34 Eps; To also be a channel of promotion & attraction of this project.
Conditions & Timeline The selected LC would be responsible to nurture & approve all the 34 participants & leads (possibility to approve all the extra ones for other opportunities). As a selected LC you won’t receive the OGX Fee of the 34 Eps – but at the same time you will benefit: - No MC Fee charged for the specific 34 Eps; - Have specific sales materials for you to promote in your LC; - You will receive a budget of 30 000 Pesos in order to support any costs of promotion or servicing (budget distributed in two parts – 10 000 in the beginning & 20 000 after you approve 15 Eps); - You will have the 34 Exchanges under your LC – exclusively.

Until Apollo – Select (possible interviews), Educate & Start process with the Selected LC; During Apollo – Meeting with the LCP, VP oGV & Finance After Apollo – Constant tracking, exclusive communication channel with AIESEC Argentina & follow-up; Before every date of flights (4th of November, 2nd of December and 13th of January) – Support with knowledge & possible HR to delivery OPS.
Basic Requirements 1. Weekly availability to report & meet with the MC + Daily tracking; 2. Have the LCP & LCVP Finance to also support/approve this project; 3. Capacity in the oGV teams to nurture the 34 EPs (analysed in the interview); 4. Have a specific Project Manager in the LC that will focus in the project; 5. Be an LC from Centro Zone (since the most amount of Eps will be from Mexico City).

This application can be submitted by the LCP or the LCVP oGV. The deadline to send it is Friday 30th of september at 23:59 GMT +5.
