João Oliveira Cotta

Joao Oliveira Cotta studied architecture at the Catholic University of Campinas - Brazil. During the graduation he studied for one year at Seville School of Architecture in Spain (exchange year), where he also worked as an intern at Angel Lopez Architects, developing refurbishments and housing projects. João was ranked in 4th place out of 92 students in the year of his graduation (2008). In 2011 he joined the Master of Science in Sustainable Environmental Design at the Architectural Association, which he completed with distinction in 2012. Currently Joao is a partner in an architectural practice in Sao Paulo developing mainly office buildings, laboratories and industrial projects for several international companies.
