FESTIVAL DE PARINTINS Conhecido mundialmente por sua dimensão e originalidade, o Festival, que acontece sempre no último final de semana de junho, é considerado a maior manifestação folclórica da Amazônia e uma das maiores manifestações culturais do Brasil. É uma ópera cabocla a céu aberto que canta as lendas e mitos da floresta e decanta a preservação da Amazônia, marcada pela disputa de cores entre os Bumbás Caprichoso, que defende a cor azul e Garantido com a cor vermelha. Known worldwide for its size and originality, the Festival of Parintins, which always happens on the last weekend of June, is considered the largest folkloric manifestation of the Amazon, and one of the largest cultural manifestations in Brazil. It is an open-air caboclo opera that sings the legends and myths of the forest and decants the preservation of the jungle, marked by the dispute of colors between the “Bumbá Caprichoso”, who defends the color blue and “Bumbá Garantido” with the color red.

Museu do Seringal Vila Paraíso é um museu diferente de todos que você já viu, começando pelo acesso até ele. Não existem ruas nem estradas por perto, apenas água e floresta cercam a construção em madeira às margens do Rio Negro. O museu recria um seringal que realmente existiu há 600 quilômetros de Manaus, no período áureo da borracha no Amazonas.
Visit to Indian tribe With super friendly reception, you are introduced to the culture and customs of the region. In this new universe, you are going to participate in a dance ceremony with the Indians. The tribe has beautiful and unique craftsmanship. Seringal Museum Vila ParaĂso is a different museum than anyone you have ever seen, beginning with the access to it. There are no streets or roads nearby, only water and forest surround the wooden building construction on riverside of the Rio Negro. The museum recreates a rubber farm that really existed, 600 kilometers from Manaus, during the golden lĂĄtex period in the Amazon.

CACHOEIRAS DE FIGUEIREDO Conhecido como “TERRA DAS CACHOEIRAS“, o município está assentado sob rochas sedimentares de origem marinha, responsável pela formação de cachoeiras, cavernas, grutas e paredões. Na região existem sítios arqueológicos com mais de dois mil anos, onde também vivem povos indígenas como os WAIMIRI-ATROARI, cujo território ocupa cerca de 33% do município. Cortado por igarapés, torna-se próprio para o ecoturismo, a observação de pássaros como o raro e exuberante galo da serra e a pesca esportiva onde o lago formado pela hidrelétrica de Balbina é o preferido para a pesca esportiva.
Waterfalls of Figueiredo Known as “land of the waterfalls”, the city of Presidente Figueiredo is seated under sedimentary rocks of marine origin responsible for the formation of caves, waterfalls and big walls. There are archaeological sites with more than 2.000 years old, where indigenous peoples such as WAIMIRI-ATROARI live, whose territory occupies about 33% of the city area. Cut by “igarapés” (a route that is navigable by canoes), it is very suitable for ecotourism, bird watching as the rare and exuberant “galo da serra” and the sport fishing in the lake formed by the hydroelectric of Balbina.
