Specific GIP proposal 2015
Based on the 3 focus lines for innovation in GIP, a specific proposal that I would perform in GIP during my term will be, instead of focusing on being an outsourcing; after companies analysis identify areas for improvement and create a project with “x� number of trainees who came to help grow businesses, impacting in a tangible way. This would be beneficial on quality issues as it is much easier to give service to one company and in terms of quantity because of the product package sales. (volume)

AIESEC in Queretaro MoS
I want to grow iGIP 30% - 40% bringing foreign talent to help to the growth of companies in Queretaro, while I would grow oGCDP 60% this will positively impact the young people to become better leaders, at the the end of the day they will come back to impact in our city.

Global Trends Influencing Mexico as a country
Mexico will be a world power in manufacture during 2015 in North America, geolocation investment is a reality that today we are living and driving favorably to that growth. Structural changes in energy investments detonate American companies in Mexico. We are living in an increasingly globalized world, we offer an opportunity for companies to anticipate bringing foreign talent to launch innovative improvements. According to the SHL Talent Report 2012, about 54% of Mexicans has strengths in leadership and are able to deliver programs to time, cost and quality. Mexicans have skills like starting activity, and decide, support and cooperate, interfacing and introduce others, analyze and interpret data, create and conceptualize ideas, organize and execute plans, adapt and deal with the other and finally the realization and achievement. We have excellent human talent and it's time the world knows (oGIP & oGCDP)
