Rank 2 main areas in AIESEC where you have had the most experience. Briefly list your experiences and results achieved and describe how these experiences will help you accomplish your goals during your term. By far, my best experience until now, has being my role as Vice President of Talent Management. For me one of the biggest achievements of the LC in terms of human resources, has been that all the membership understand the purpose and why of AIESEC and what exactly is their contribution to fulfill our promise, this will help not to start from scratch and focus on exchanges, taking advantage of my current role as VPTM I know the processes of exchange and support areas very well. I was very little in MKT but I being EB develops that part of knowing how to sell your products, analyze and understand the market, I think this would be an advantage in innovation and how we attack the market.
In maximum 100 words, Please name your greatest challenge that you faced during your AIESEC experience. What was the challenge, how did you overcome it and what have you learned from this? (100 words maximum) My biggest challenge was to break with the idea that Talent Management was the area responsible for only recruiting, even as Vice President I get to think the same, but during the second quarter of the year I realized how TM can support other areas to achieve the committee goals while achieving their personal goals. I walked to the other vice presidents to understand, get on their shoes and together analyze how I could support them. I learn a lot about myself, I never thought that I could be capable of such things. I became more empathetic.
B. Motivation and Personal Characteristics: 1
How much time per day will you be able to invest on AIESEC during your LCP Term? I will be lying If I said it would be full-time, the advantage is that I will not have many schedule restrictions; during the first semester I will be attending school only four hours per week and working only until 1 o clock.

Personal Weakness How would other people describe your leadership style? I think the LC perceive me as "cool", the understanding, the one who considers others opinion, the one who encourages them to go the extra mile, but also hope they know that I like challenges, I work well under pressure and focus on results. .

How this will make you a better Leader?

The main priority is to focus on our credibility by showcasing success stories to universities, parents, and government. • What will be the greatest challenges for your LC in the next year? What actions would you propose to overcome these challenges? The biggest challenge will be the lack of credibility of a organization run only by young people, My strategy to overcome these challenges will be by the right public relations. • How will you manage these facts to impact in the 2015 vision goals? We need to improve our relationship with key stakeholders such as government and universities so we can work alongside.
4. Describe an organizational culture you would like to see in our committee. What actions should be made to achieve it? For me a great organizational culture would be passionate, outgoing and a full of energy group of people willing to overcome themselves every day, the main actions required should be, always have something BIG to do, something that challenges, give all the members the chance to get out of their confort zone and start working at the front office, dealing and solving real life problems. 5. How will you manage your team in order to generate a correct synergy and cooperation? Defining since the beginning, which is the contribution of each area and together determinate when, how
