What is a TtT? It stands for "Train the Trainers" It’s a seminar that includes a “Trainer” certification process, it is made world wide and it can be in a Local, National or International Level. Each having it’s own characteristics. The objective is to develop time management, facilitation, audience/group management and leadership abilities. On the other hand, it also provides you tools, trick and tips of the mentioned subjects. In National or International TtT’s the agenda might have a slight change, so the focused objectives could change until a certain extent.

What do I have to do to run a Local TtT? How will you be sure that you will have a Plenary of at least 20 people on Sunday? (You can do an EPA, OPS, SMI, LCDay, LCW or Infomative Session; these are just some ideas) Choose 2 Facis (at least one “National Certification” trainer) from this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Agollr4ySr6JdDJOU0wyeWs2LW1MaURHNV9pLXU1VFE&usp=sharing

Confirm you have a place where to have the sessions without being interrupted (Most of the time agenda start Friday around 5:00 p.m. and ends Sunday around 1:00 p.m.) Remember two important things: You don’t need a remote location, everyone can go sleep in their homes, (usually an AIESECer gives lodging to the Facis, if needed) Faci expenses must be covered (Transportation, Food and Materials)

What about National Certifications? National Certifications are in charge of the MC & NST of TM. They are normally held either during Shot-gun, Kick-o or National Conferences. The applications for delegates are open to any AIESEC in Mexico member, but only some are selected, according to the capacity of the TtT In some occasions there have been special agendas, for example: NST & MCB TtT or TtT EB Edition. So look for those opportunities!
