I’m a coach and consultant specializing in helping organizations and individuals become more effective. I work with organizations seeking to create better alignment within and among departments and teams to increase their agility in responding to an increasingly dynamic marketplace. My work with individuals includes identifying and prioritizing goals, finding balance, and negotiating professional and personal transitions.
