REACH Mobile Service Delivery Pilot Initiative

Rights, Empowerment and Cohesion (REACH) Mobile Service Delivery Pilot Initiative develops an integrated government platform to deliver knowledge and awareness raising, and government services to remote and vulnerable populations in Samoa and Tonga.

The Pilot Initiative aims to enhance citizens’ access to justice, government and women’s services for rural, maritime and otherwise remote areas in Samoa and Tonga through an integration of services and delivery by service providers in those areas.

• Partnership: Samoa Ministry of Justice and Court Administration, and Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development
