Strategy 5: Establishing client needs and satisfaction

Goals and objectives:

• To create awareness amongst stakeholders on the need to educate the public about changes in the law

• To provide the general public with legal procedural awareness

• To conduct research into public perceptions of the judicial system and the rule of law

• To obtain regular feedback and surveys from all court users
