How to make a paper chef’s hat! What you need: Two big pieces of white paper, two pieces of normal paper (colourful if you want), sticky tape, a black marker and a thin piece of cardboard. Step 2 Get the colourful pieces of paper and stick the to pieces of paper together but it needs to be horizontal. To make it stronger fold 3 times down with the cardboard. Step 3 So now get the two big pieces of white paper and stick the to pieces of paper together but it needs to be horizontal.

Step 4 Get the cardboard and the white pieces of paper and roll the cardboard down the two pieces of paper and fold it back 1 centimetre. Keep doing this until it looks like an accordion.

Step 5 Stick the ends of the coloured paper to the side of the accordion shaped hat with your sticky tape. Place some more sticky tape in the middle of the paper to make it stronger.

Step 6 All you need now is to ask your parents to wrap the hat around your head until it fits you. Then ask them to stick the ends together.

There you have it! Now you can look professional while you cook! Hopefully you can wow your parents. Bye!

Marco Pierre White Marco Pierre White one of the worlds best chefs is here today hello Marco Hello Quick and Easy! A pleasure to be here. Marco, What made you choose to cook? I helped my father when I was 6; I was peeling potatoes and picking spinach for homemade recipes. When did you start professionally cooking? I started in the cooking industry when I was 16. Why did you take up the role of Master Chef? Well, when I saw that there was a new Master Chef I knew I would have to be on it! Especially it was only professionals. What are other things you like to do other than cooking? I love to get out and about around England and Australia (when I’m around) and go taste the exquisite meals around. What’s your favourite recipes and why?

There are a lot of recipes out there but the one close to my heart is my lobster and leek terrine. Who was your favourite person to work with? Even though we had a fight, I loved Gordon Ramsay’s determination. Did you ever have a role model when you were younger? Well, actually Matt Preston was a inspiration of mine! How does it feel to have worked with Matt? Wow it’s hard to put it into words but I was over the moon. What is your restaurant named? My favourite is Mirabelle in England. Last question: What was your first restaurant? The first restaurant I have worked in was La Tante Claire under the service of Pierre Koffman. Yim Yam Review

This week we went to one of Yarraville’s finest restaurants. Yim Yam. We tried the suggested meals in the suggesting column. I tired the stir-‐ fried chicken and the fried rice. My meal was delicious and now I am rating it…. 8/10. These are the reasons why I rated it an 8. The first reason is that the food was not that expensive and the chicken was succulent. The service was a little slow, but that was because there were quite a lot of people there. So we give it a 7/10. Both of us didn’t like the seating, as it is shared tables. The small area makes it seem louder and more crowded than what it actually was. So we rated this experience 8/10. See you next time! Food: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Décor: 8/10 Overall: 8/10
