Cosmological Apprehensions

This section is concerned with the presentation of the theoretical framework relevant to the project. It is divided up into two parts. In the first part, we attempt to frame our concerns regarding the “disenchantment” of the West and bring up some of its possible inducing factors. In the second part, we discuss a few alternative metaphysical approaches to the mechanistic world-view, as well as what an alternative view of matter perhaps could entail.
