Hindu Cosmology and Architecture

This section is divided up into three parts. In the first part, we explore a part of Hindu cosmology relevant to the project and our investigation concerning an alternative world-view. The second part illustrates some different ways that these cosmological concepts are represented in Hindu temple architecture, and the third part is a case study, presenting a more indepth, personal description of a few temples in the city of Ahmedabad, India.
