I love talking to people who are “in the trenches.” I found it interesting that one of my friends runs one of the larges drywalling and insulation company on the West Coast. He told me that most all the big builders are slashing their
pipeline of product for 2023 to 50% or less. Many are holding product for the first time and are implementing more and more “buyer incentives”. Lennar recently reported holding 25,000 homes and sought private investors to unload 5,000 homes. We will follow a short list of public builder stocks each month: Top Building Sector Stocks
