1. 1. See specifications for detailed descriptions of roofing system. Also see details of structural drawings for deck. 2. Not all roof penetrations are shown on this roof plan, it should be the roofing contractors responsibility to review MEP drawings for extent of penetrations and include them in the scope of work. 3. All roof penetrations flashing shall be the responsibilities of the roofing contractor. 4. All roof penetrations shall be the responsibility of each contractor requiring them. 5. Roofing contractor shall provide self adhered sheet Underlayment at a min. of 24" wide around all MEP penetrations in roof. 6. Roofing contractor to install all curbs supplied by other trades if required. 7. Roofing contractor to provide tapered insulation cricket on uphill side of all roof curbs. 8. Do not install wood nailers ahead of work only install nailers that be can be covered the same day. 9. All materials Stored on roof are to be covered and weighted down at the end of each work day. 10. All aluminum trim, flashing, coping, shall be prefinished. 11. All joints at flashing/ copings shall have continuous back-up/ splice plate set with butyl caulk. 12. Contractor to verify all dimensions and work conditions before bidding. 13. Equipment and penetrations as shown are approximate locations and sizes - verify in field. 14. No roof penetrations should be closer than 2'-0" to roof flashing. 15. All lumber used should be pressure treated. 16. Provide insulation at all mechanical equipment curbs. 17. Turn all membranes up wall at parapet 8" minimum or as shown in drawing/ required. 18. See other drawings for any additional details.
