Joe Biden, the Unapologetic, Unpatriotic Globalist By Clinton E. Crackel, Co-Founder and Chairman, Nuclear Fuels Reprocessing Coalition July 12, 2022 President Biden and his administration have been devoting their time and effort to reduce the United States to the status of a third-world nation by implementing numerous anti-American policies and promoting/supporting Marxist ideology to undermine our traditional values and core beliefs in religion, morality, equality, liberty, justice, and national pride. From an energy standpoint, Biden is intent on eliminating our use of fossil fuels all together to satisfy the wishes of the leftists and renewable energy industry. From my perspective, he is knowingly doing so to ensure our baseload demand for electricity will no longer be met to reduce our industrial output to make us more dependent on Communist China for manufactured goods. It was recently reported that he authorized the sale of nearly 1 million gallons of oil from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve to the Chinese state-owned energy company Sinopec. Hunter Biden’s private equity firm, BHR Partners. bought a $1.7 billion stake in the company seven years ago and is still listed as a part-owner as of late March of this year. Since the founding of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Communist China has become an influential entity within that organization since its entry in 1979. A current member of the WEF Board of Trustees is Zhu Min, Chairman, National Institute of Financial Research. According to his WEF bio, he is a Group Executive Vice-President, Bank of China and Deputy Governor, People’s Bank of China. He taught economics at Johns Hopkins University and Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and is a Trustee of Princeton University. Al Gore is also a member of the WEF Board of Trustees. He is Chairman, and CoFounder of Generation Investment Management, LLP. Solar power is the cheapest source of renewable energy in the world because of China’s role in solar power equipment manufacturing. For the past two decades, China’s industrial policies allowing billions of dollars in subsidies and tax breaks for companies involved in solar production have allowed China to leapfrog over the U.S. Presently, China manufactures 80% of the photovoltaic (PV) cells for solar panels, and this is expected to grow to 95% within the next three years. According to U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), for the past 20 years the Communist Chinese government has systematically sought to undermine the United States to become the world’s greatest superpower by any means necessary. Some critical components of China’s efforts have been the encroachment in our food production industry and education, stealing trade secrets, and undermining our national security. 1

Now China provides fentanyl to the Mexican drug cartels to be distributed and sold to users in the United States, resulting in tens of thousands of overdose deaths each year. Although fentanyl overdoses are prevalent in all states and commonwealths, some of the greatest number of fentanyl overdoses tend to be in such coal-rich states as Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. West Virginia is the hardest hit with a death rate of 81.4 deaths per 100,000 according to the latest statistics found. China’s influence in the green energy field is undeniable, with many American energy companies profiting handsomely because of China’s ability to supply low-cost PV cells, and other cheap renewable energy components. Senator Grassley even mentioned that the COVID-19 pandemic exposed America’s reliance on China and its grip on supply chains essential to our economy. I still suspect the pandemic was deliberately created to enable China to gain a greater share of the global market for manufactured goods and enrich big pharma and various involved senior public and private officials. I previously identified U.S. Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) as being the recipient of a sizable political contribution from the U.S. representative of the Chinese tech company Senator Kelly had done business with. I can’t help but suspect numerous other elected officials have received cash contributions either directly by Communist Chinese companies or their U.S. subsidiaries. Joe Biden has proven his disloyalty to our constitutional republic in the nominations he has made to serve in his cabinet. From my perspective, many nominees are loyal to the Marxist revolution taking place in our country and are willing to do as much damage to our democracy as Biden’s puppet master will allow. In the America I was born in, these individuals would have been arrested on charges of treason, and if found guilty, been subject to punishments up to and including execution. Now they seem to be hailed as heroes of the leftists’ glorious peoples’ liberation movement to liberate the masses from their constitutional protections and to install a Communist dictatorship. The border crisis is one critical issue undermining our national security. The dramatic degradation of our national energy sector, and the politicization of our military hierarchy and Woke indoctrination of our military are other examples of critical issues undermining our national security. Baseload power refers to the minimum amount of electric power needed to be supplied to the electrical grid at any given time. In the past coal and nuclear have been the industry fuel standards for providing baseload power. Most power demand requires baseload power supplies, and a certain minimum energy must be maintained on every electrical grid to ensure against blackouts or system failures. Without the baseload electricity that provides reactive power, the bulk of our industrial complex using machinery relying on reactive power sources can’t function. The dramatic reduction or loss of American industry would destroy our economy. Millions of direct 2

and indirect American jobs would be lost and would be gained by foreign entities to provide the goods required by our nation. Most likely, China would benefit the most in this job shift, and its companies would profit even more by using forced labor. Reactive power isn’t generated by solar cells and batteries It must be provided by 3phase, ac turbine generators. Solar cells and batteries only produce dc power. Wind generators can provide reactive power, but they are severely restricted in terms of continued operability. Hydroelectric and geothermal can also provide reactive power, but once again, they are not that reliable or in sufficient quantities to power our national grid on a continuing basis. Thermal coal is one of the most reliable heat sources for creating steam to drive turbine generators in large power plants on a steady basis and has been so for well over 100 years. Other fossil-based heat sources include natural gas, wood, and fuel oil. Obviously, wood is not used on a commercial basis and fuel oil is far too expensive as a thermal source for large-capacity power plants. Natural gas is used principally for peak electric generation purposes, but with Biden’s efforts to ban fossil fuel, its supply is likely to diminish, or at least it won’t be provided by American sources. Then again, we could obtain synthetic gas from coal. I suppose we could buy natural gas in large quantities from Russia, Iran, Qatar, China, or Canada. For that matter, the largest gas and oil company in the world by revenues is China National Petroleum/PetroChina. That leaves nuclear fuel as the other remaining principal source of heat for largecapacity power plants. Although coal is a valuable natural resource with the capability to provide a multitude of industrial, agricultural, and household products, it is deemed undesirable because of the perceived threat to our environment by its use, especially in terms of global warming. Yet, research contrary to the science ascribed to by the environmental left, has proven time and again that fossil fuels are not as great of a threat environmentally as the public has been led to believe over the years. Granted, a lot of money and effort has been spent by the renewable energy industry and anti-fossil environmentalists to promote green energy on a massive scale. Now more money and effort are being spent to try to correct the shortcomings of renewables such as solar and wind to try to convince the public and government and corporate officials they can still be a satisfactory substitute for fossil fuels and nuclear. Based on my actual technical education and working experience obtained in the electric utility industry, I don’t see these efforts ever coming to a final fruition. Realizing fossil fuels and nuclear power are essential to sustaining our baseload demand for electricity, I’m convinced our industrial base will cease to exist relying purely on renewables. However, I’m sure Joe Biden and his leftist companions realize that too. If coal is to have a viable future, I contend the best method for using coal will be the coal liquefaction process by which a multitude of products can be obtained. It will also be necessary to utilize advanced emissions collection, diversion, and conversion technology 3

to make coal more environmentally compatible with green energy sources. Yet, to date, there doesn’t appear to be any interest in doing so. Maybe Joe Biden will convince the Secretary of Energy to award billions of dollars to the Communist Chinese to develop and implement such technology since they rely so heavily on coal.
