2. Global temperature is lower during the present epoch than it has been for 250 million years. 3. The optimum level of CO2 for life is 1,000-3,000 ppm. It is now 420 ppm. 4. CO2 is the primary food for all life. 5. CO2 is at best a very minor contributor to the climate. 6. Increased human emission of CO2 is the main cause of global greening and crop and forest growth. 7. Humans are a tropical species and could not have come out of Africa but for fire, shelter, and clothing.
