Permanent Good Neighbor Policy

April 15, 2025

Some Western media rave against China, but in 2019, approximately 2.8 million Chinese tourists visited the United States, and very few, if any, were so charmed as to stay here permanently, in this paradise of freedom.

Next time you hit a pothole that almost totals your car, think back to what Lyndon LaRouche said about a worldwide security and development architecture; that could already have occurred if FDR’s mighty war machine had been, as planned, turned into the mightiest good-neighbor peace machine, and ended the colonial period forever.

Due to FDR’s untimely death, and the actions by Perfide Albion, this did not happen; but if we want a beautiful future for our children, we must bring the USA back to the principles of Alexander Hamilton, the first Treasury Secretary. Then, what China is doing will become the new norm, and there will be no cause for wars.

The videos and stories copied below show what a modern industrial nation can do when it doesn't spend trillions of dollars on foreign wars.

In 1988, China had virtually no highways. Twenty years later, it had 84,000 miles of superhighways, more than any other nation in the world, and accelerating.

China has 28,000 miles of high-speed rail; their fastest maglev train travels

at 268 mph; that will soon by topped by a maglev now in the prototype stage, that travels in a partial vacuum -- 600 mph – you would be at your destination before the Uber driver got to your house to take you to the airport.

China has 232 times the shipbuilding capacity of the US.

It is foolish for US leaders to think they can isolate China -- or fight a war to keep China down -- when China already has by far the largest industrial economy in the world, on which we are heavily dependent for imports. We must rebuild better factories, re-industrialize and update our industry, but we will fail if we continue our macho foreign policy.

Check out bridge-making in China. After the first 10 minutes, this video becomes a bit repetitive, but by then you get an eyeful.
