WELCOME to IACIOFANO HQ


The snow started to fall


But it was nice and toasty in Marmo’s kitchen.

We set to work immediately baking the gingerbread cookies for dessert,

which would be stuffed with homemade

pumpkin ice cream.

We used a Martha recipe,

but the cookies were too thick. Next time, we roll them out —

better for ice cream sandwiches.



Next up —

an old favorite of mine:

chicken liver patĂŠ.
