¢ Do not attempt to move your car or caravan. ¢ Remain in the assembly area until directed by park staff or State Emergency staff. ¢ Gather your family and proceed to the designated assembly area shown on the adjoining map. ¢ Extinguish fire (if safe to do so). ¢ Turn off the power and gas to your site. ¢ Secure your valuables and close all windows, doors and hatches. ¢ Raise the alarm, alert management or staff. ¢ Assist person in immediate danger. (Only if safe to do so). In the event of an emergency at the park, please follow these procedures carefully and as quickly as possible:

Emergency Procedure Rules and Regulations Please read these important rules, so that everybody can enjoy their stay in this park. Park facilities are for paying guest only.

1. Cabin and site arrival time is no earlier than 2pm, and departure time is no later than 10am. All arrivals must register and pay at the office before entering park. A fee is charged for early check-in and late checkout. 2. Cabins and sites are to be left the way you found them, clean and tidy – if not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 3. All cabins and site bookings must be confirmed with a required deposit being paid within 7 days. A receipt will be issued immediately thereafter. 4. All cabin and site bookings are non-transferable. Changing dates and/ or the amount of people involved could result in cancellation. What you pre-book is what we accept and you pay for. 5. 20% cancellation fee applies to all cabins that cancel. Cancellation fee for all powered sites is the first night's accommodation. No refunds are given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival. 6. Tenants are responsible for their visitors, their behaviour and where they park their cars. A fee is applicable, paid in advance, if they use park facilities and or choose to stay overnight. 7. We do not allow any more than 7 people per cabin or site. This includes small children. Any extras staying at your cabin or site must always report to the office and pay immediately on arrival, or a fee of $20 will be charged against you. 8. Only one vehicle per site. Second and visitors vehicles, boats and boat trailers to be left in designated park areas or where instructed and paid for on arrival. 9. Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour and should be supervised by an adult at all times. Especially in toilets and playground. 10. Bikes are to be ridden in daylight hours only and helmets must be worn while riding in this park. This is a shared zone park. 11. Please note, to keep our grass well maintained on powered sites only use shade cloth or breathable mats. 12. Please ensure that all valuables and belongings are secure. If left unattended you do so at your own risk. 13. Barbecues, toilets and camp kitchen to be left clean and tidy and ready for the next person to use. Do not leave your mess behind. 14. All music and undue noise to cease by 11pm. Foul language, abusive threatening behaviour or assault will not be tolerated and will lead to instant eviction. 15. Speed limit is 10kph (walking pace only, no exceptions). 16. No pets, fires or fireworks permitted in the park. 17. We do not allow visitors cars in this park at all. Car stickers apply on two occasions (Christmas and Easter holidays) and should be affixed immediately on arrival. Over these periods, if any car is found belonging to your cabin or site without a sticker, you will be charged a fee, currently $25 per time. 18. The management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002, in, on or near the park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk. 19. DO NOT DIVE, JUMP or RUN INTO WATER. Always take care, as the water is shared zone between swimmers, boats and personal watercrafts. 20. The camp kitchen will be locked between 9.30pm and 8am daily. 21. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL MEAN EVICTION WITH ONE HOUR'S NOTICE.
