Situated 5kms west of Busselton on Bussell Highway, Lazy Days is just five minutes from the idyllic Geographe Bay. With a variety of accommodation to suit all budgets and shady van sites, Lazy Days is an ideal base while exploring the pristine coastline, national forests, the many craft outlets, fauna parks, winery tours, deep sea or sky diving.

Lazy Days Caravan & Holiday Park Park R ules Children: Parents are responsible for their own children. Children must NOT PLAY around the Ablution Block at any time. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the Ablution Block at ALL TIMES. Children must NOT PLAY with or on gas barbecues. Adult supervision is needed if children are cooking on the barbecues. Smoking Under the Health Laws, smoking is NOT permitted in any of the Park Units, the laundry and toilet block. Alcohol is NOT permitted in the laundry and toilet block. Disorderly conduct will NOT BE tolerated. Speed Limit Vehicles must not travel at more than 8kph in the park. Rubbish Disposal Situated around the park are several bin stations. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY BIN FROM ITS STATION. The bins with green lids are for general rubbish only. All food scraps must be wrapped to prevent fly/ant problems. The Security Gate The key card is registered to the nominated vehicle it is intended to admit. If the card is used to admit any other vehicles, the card will be blanked off the computer. Tailgating another vehicle also causes the card to be blanked off. There will be no refund on the blanked off card and any damage caused through tailgating will be the offender’s responsibility. Please do not allow your child access to the gate key. Children must not ride bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, etc. anywhere near the gate reader poles or the cable itself. The cable has fine steel splinters which can cause nasty cuts if grabbed. Water We ask that you do not waste water. Please supervise your children in the ablution block and instill in them the need to turn the taps off correctly. Water balloons or "bombs" are totally banned from the park. Sites No more than one living quarter per site. Vehicles Extra vehicles must be parked in parking bays.

Noise Please respect others and eliminate noise between 10pm and 8am. Privacy Please only walk on the roads. Do not walk through sites. Open Fires Under shire by-laws, no campfires or open barbecues are permitted in the park. Visitors All visitors MUST park outside the park and are to have vacated the premises by 10pm on any given day. Check Out Time is 10am on the morning of departure. Please place your rubbish at the bin station on the way out and call at the office for your refund on the gate key. Please report any breakages in the units on your way out, so that missing items can be replaced before the next guests arrive.

All types of accommodation are equipped with T.V., fridge, microwave, cooking and eating utensils. The Park Homes and Ensuited Cabins all have reverse cycle airconditioning. Retired seniors are able to enjoy special rates at all OFF-PEAK TIMES.
