Emergency Evacuation Procedure When officially advised that an EMERGENCY exists you should: 1. Gather your family. 2. Turn off gas and power to your site. 3. Secure your valuables. 4. Move to your nearest Emergency Assembly Point. Assembly Points are located at the front and rear of property. 5. Wait for instructions from Emergency Services.

Welcome to the Torquay Holiday Park We trust you will have a safe and enjoyable stay with us. If you are a first time visitor to Torquay, welcome and please feel free to ask our friendly staff about our park and surrounding areas. Torquay Caravan Park offers a perfect place to sit and relax, or enjoy our local shops. You will be sure to find a bargain at one of the many surf outlets located just around the corner in Baines Crescent, with restaurants and beautiful beaches located within walking distance.
Our facilities include: Pool & Spa Our pool and spa area opens at 10am and closes at 8pm or sunset, whichever occurs first. Peak times, spa will be on from 10am – 8pm daily. Any other time of the year, the spa will be turned on at request only. Please see reception. Please allow 1 hour for the spa to heat up. Games Room Games Room opens at 10am and closes 8pm daily or at Manager’s discretion. Hire of Equipment Mini golf clubs & balls, tennis racquets & balls and table tennis bats are available from reception. Children 12 and under must be supervised at all times. A selection of DVD’s is available at reception free of charge for the family. Jumping Pillow The pillow deflates at 6pm each night during the winter months, peak times at 8pm and re-inflates at 8am. Children 12 & under must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Baby Bathroom Located on the end of the bottom amenities block, it includes a half size bath and a sink with an extended shower tap for children and can be accessed with your amenities keys. If in a cabin ask reception for a key. We do ask that you abide by our park rules which you will also find on the back of your site map. Please Note: Quiet Time is from 10pm – 7am.
Park Management reserves the right: • To relocate or cancel any reservation at any time; • To remove, without notice, any person(s) who contravene these and other park regulations and/or behave in an offensive or disorderly manner that affects the well-being of the Park and its Users. This may result in charges to the site user.
Park Rules Alcohol – May be consumed responsibly and in moderation by adults on your site or in BBQ areas. Amenities - Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Assembly Areas - Please familiarise yourself with the Emergency Evacuation Procedures on reverse, and identify your nearest assembly point. Behaviour - All guests have a right to the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of their site. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drunkenness or bad language is not tolerated in the park. Quiet Time: 10pm - 7am. Bikes, Scooters, Skateboards and Roller blades Helmets must be worn at all times. No riding after dark. For safety reasons battery or powered scooters or motorised kid cars are not to be used within the Park. Check Out - Check out is 10am. Late check out may be arranged upon arrival for a fee. Clothes Lines - Located by the laundry and amenities block. Please do not erect makeshift lines. Fires - Solid fuel fires including heat beads are not permitted at any time in the park area. Portable gas and electric BBQs and cook tops are permitted, however they are not to be used on days of total fire ban. Garbage and Recycling - Bins are located throughout the Park for the disposal of Park garbage and recyclable material. Please assist us by wrapping up non recyclable garbage prior to disposal. Liability - Park Operators & Management are not liable to guests or third parties for any personal injury, loss or damage. The Principal occupant must be over 18 and is responsible for their children’s and visitor’s actions. Guests must ensure that property and valuables are stored securely at all times. Messages/Mail - Only emergency messages will be delivered to your site. All other messages & mail is held at the Park Office for your collection.
Minors - Guests under 18 years of age must be under parental supervision at all times. After 9pm, children must confine social activities to a site under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Pets - Sorry, strictly no pets. Refunds - We do not give refunds for early departure, or if you simply change your mind or circumstances, or if you have selected the wrong accommodation for you. Site Occupancy - Sites and Accommodation are to be left in a clean and tidy manner or a cleaning fee will apply. No mechanical repairs to be carried out within the Park. Smoking - No smoking in any buildings, cabins or communal areas. Speed Limit - Strictly 5KPH within Park boundaries. Swimming Pool - Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No food, alcohol or glass in the pool area. Visitors are not permitted to use the pool. Please do not use Park towels in the pool area. Vehicle Parking - Provision is made for one vehicle per site only. Additional and visitors’ vehicles can be parked in the visitor car park or outside the Park. Water Usage - Water restrictions apply. Use water conservatively. No vehicle washing permitted on site. Visitors - You are welcome to have visitors from 8am to 10pm. All visitors must register at Reception. Smoke Alarm - Guests should ensure that they have a working smoke alarm.
