THE PARK RULES AND CONDITIONS AS LISTED BELOW ARE HERE TO ENSURE ALL GUESTS ENJOY THEIR STAY HERE AT BIG4 WAGGA WAGGA HOLIDAY PARK CLEAN-UPS

• All facilities on grounds are for the use and enjoyment of all guests, please ensure that all areas have been cleaned and tidied up after use. • Those found to be abusing this may incur additional fee’s

RECEPTION HOURS

• 8AM – 6PM 7 Days a week. Public Holidays may differ.

DAMAGES

DEPARTURE TIME

• Any damage to park property/facilities will incur additional charges

• Strictly 10AM for all accommodation and sites • Late departure can be arranged through reception

SMOKING

• Smoking is not permitted inside any park building, failure to follow this direction will incur additional charges

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES

The on call mobile number is displayed on the office signage beside the reception area Strictly for park related EMERGENCIES only, noise complaints, power outage or similar. For all other emergencies please contact 000 For non-emergency related items please see reception during normal business hours.

NOISE CURFEW

• All noise or entertainment may not affect or disturb any other guest after 10PM • No undue noise or interference with other guests outside these hours PARK SPEED LIMIT

• Strictly walking pace or 10km/h CAR PARKING

• Park only in designated areas, we ask you do not park on grassed areas • CHILD SUPERVISION

• Parents and group co-ordinators must be responsible for children at all times

FIRES

• POOL

• As sign posted at the pool grounds • The use of the pool and it’s facilities is at your own risk • RIVER

• The use of controlled fires, fire buckets and alike is subject to seasonal conditions and management approval • Approval can be sought by making an application with management for use of a controlled fire VISITORS

• All visitors MUST report to reception upon arrival at the park and park within the designated parking area at the front of the park • Visitors are not permitted to bring pets on grounds

MANNERS

• BIKES/SCOOTERS AND OTHER DEVICES

• All accommodation and sites MUST be left in the same clean condition in which you found it. Failure to follow this will incur additional cleaning fee’s. • Smoke detectors and fire control devices must not be tampered with or disabled at any time.

• Fishing is permitted within the river, subject to local and state legislation • Nets, unattended or attended are not permitted for use within park grounds or river • Boats may be used within the river, however must be stored at your allocated site/cabin when not in use • Swimming is NOT advised in the river due to high currents, submerged objects and other hazards

ACCOMMODATION

• Guests are expected to act courteous and kindly towards all park employees and guests throughout their stay

REFUNDS

ROADS & REAR OVAL

• Management reserve the right to immediately vacate any guests or visitors

• Must not be used outside of noise curfew • Consideration must be made towards other guests and their areas • Helmets MUST be worn at all times while operating such devices • Designated and permitted areas for use • Strictly no riding between cabins/sites or other non listed camping areas

TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION

• Refunds are solely at management discretion

ALCOHOL

• Alcohol is permitted within the cabins/sites & camp kitchen area • Those interfering with other guests while intoxicated may be requested to leave grounds PETS

• Pets are permitted on grounds subject to management approval and acceptance of Pets Conditions Agreement on check-in o Guests are required to pick up all waste left by pets throughout their stay • Visitors are not permitted to bring pets on grounds, only guests
