Personal Fitness is co-owned by experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor Jordan, fitness instructor and nutritional coach Penny, alongside Jordan’s wife Tash who looks after the operational side of the business with a focus on customer experience. Joining Jordan and Penny are a team of excellent yoga, pilates and fitness instructors who come together to offer a range of all-inclusive classes. No matter your experience or fitness level, each class is carefully scaled so that people of all abilities are able to train together, maintaining that close-knit community feel. You are welcome to follow your own programme or to book a personal training session with Jordan on a one-to-one, joint or small group basis.
