The Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch Association has monthly assessments paid quarterly, which include the following:

Once food & beverage are made available in the community, the Food & Beverage Annual Minimum shall be $500 per calendar year.

From I75 take the SR 64 Exit and go East. Turn Right on Uihlein Road and go past the entrance to Star Farms. Turn Left on 44th Avenue East. The entrance to Star Farms will be on your Left. Go through the gate, Take your 1st Right at the roundabout. Turn Left onto Butte Trail, our house is to the right of the parking lot on your left.
