In consideration of my entry being accepted, I intend to be legally bound and do hereby for my heirs, assigns, and executors, waive & release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against the Sailfish Striders, John Carroll High School, any race sponsors/volunteers, for any and all damages and injuries suffered by me in connection with entry and participation in this event. If I suffer injuries or illness, I authorize officials of the race to use their discretion to have me transported to a medical facility and I take full responsibility for this action. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event.
