A comprehensive and holistic approach to tackling creative briefs from various departments within the BSAVA. This strategy ensures that every project is approached with a 360-degree perspective, considering all possible media opportunities and channels to maximise the impact and reach of the creative work.

We explore every/any marketing and communication technique, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) traditional advertising, social and paid media, organic media, video content, website optimisation, media planning, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital strategies, and data-driven (informed) decision-making. By leveraging the diversity of channels, the BSAVA will more effectively engage with its target audience and deliver the message across multiple touchpoints with greater impact.

Importantly, Rabbit Rabbit considers the broader implications of each creative project, ensuring that the work benefits the originating department and contributes to the overall growth and success of the BSAVA.

This is achieved by focusing on revenue generation and measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) through the Performance Marketing and Revenue Equation (PMRE). By adopting this unified approach, the BSAVA will harness the Power of Association, fostering collaboration and synergy among its departments and achieve the common goals and objectives.

Context:

Target Audiences

BSAVA has been volunteer-led since its inception, but in recent years, the introduction of a professional leadership team and changes to the association's governance have meant that a smaller group of trustees and the leadership team decided on the strategic direction of the Association, and the vast majority of the volunteers' input in this area has been less.

The role and development of the volunteers need to be clearly defined so it is clear where all those people involved, be they staff or volunteers, fit together to work harmoniously and towards the achievement of the same goals.

Recruitment of volunteers to more senior roles within the volunteer core has become more difficult in recent years, mainly due to the time commitment and it is hoped that this will be addressed by future change to the governance structure.

To develop and package a campaign to be executed by the BSAVA inclusive of but not limited to:

• A deck of digital assets to:

1. Assist with the induction of volunteers.

2. Illustrate the pathway for progression for volunteers.

3. Highlight how the various committees work, their remits, achievements, and how volunteers have contributed.

4. increase awareness of volunteering opportunities and how the volunteer community assists the association.

• In most cases volunteering at the BSAVA requires that one is an active member of the association and therefore all communications can be direct – i.e. no external media is required.

• While the recruitment of volunteers is not central to this campaign, messaging about the value of volunteering at the BSAVA will undoubtedly be helpful to reinforce decisions made or to encourage others to become volunteers.

• It’s vital that the opportunity to volunteer is seen to be open to all members, that the BSAVA meets its EDI objectives and that development opportunities are open and transparent and in relation to having a diverse volunteer community.
