Urgent Care vs. ED Most people who visit the emergency department (ED) go home after being treated. For many of these minor injuries and illnesses, an urgent care center is a great alternative for high-quality, immediate and reliable treatment. That is why we brought our outstanding physicians to your neighborhood. At Mount Sinai Urgent Care, you’ll see an emergency medicine physician and receive personalized and compassionate care — without the long waits for non-emergencies or typically higher costs of a regular ED visit.

Life happens Unexpected injuries and illnesses happen too We’re here when you need help in a hurry. Monday — Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If your condition necessitates additional, more extensive care, we will facilitate your immediate transfer to a hospital emergency department and contact your primary care physician. For life-threatening conditions such as major trauma, chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, and poisoning, dial 911 for emergency services.
