Special Dietary Requests: • We will be more than happy to assist with special dietary requests.
Food & Bevererage Brigade: • Should you so desire we can offer you Food & Beverage Servers to set up and assist in service and clearing up at a rate of €7.20/ server/hr + VAT (this service rate covers 2hrs before event and 5 hours service and clearing up) overtime rate is €7.75/server/hr + VAT)
Mininum number of Guests: • Minimum number of guests is 18 persons
Terms and Conditions .. cont Location: • We offer our services in all areas in Malta, however it is the client’s sole responsibility to do necessary site arrangements, cleaning, obtain permits and power supply - generator can be supplied at an extra charge.
Guests Tables and Chairs: • You are free to get your own tables and chairs however we can help you out against the following charges: Rectangular tables x 6 - €3.50 excluding VAT Rectangular tables x 10 - €5.00 excluding VAT Chairs - €0.50 excluding VAT Delivery Charge: €20 excluding + VAT
Table Linen: • We can provide you with Table Linen at €8.00 excluding VAT each • We can provide you with Paper Banquet Roll at €10.50 (1.2m x50m) excluding VAT per Roll
Terms and Conditions .. cont Wastebins: • Wastebins will be provided free of charge, however the client is responsible for waste disposal.
Orders and Cancellations: • Our BBQ Menus need to be prebooked and confirmed at least seven days in advance. Booking is deemed as confirmed against a nonrefundable deposit of one third of the global amount. Balance is to be paid in full on the day.
Beverages: • You are free to bring your own drinks , we can supply you with IceCubes and Crushed Ice at €5.50 excluding VAT. • Should you wish to take off all the hussle of sourcing and carrying beverages, then we will be delighted to supply you with our beverage packages .
