The old life is gone; a new life has begun! ~ 2 Corinthians 5:17 I wasted many years of my life focused on nothing but partying, getting drunk and chasing girls. But my unquenchable desire for "sex, drugs and rock-n-roll" eventually brought me to my knees. Finally, at the age of 30, unemployed, broke and in trouble with the law, I got down on my knees and cried out to God for help. I was "broken" and couldn't do anything right on my own, so I knew that Jesus was my only hope. I gave up everything to follow Him, my freedom, my family, and my addiction. I was willing to "lose" my life, to save it. I was "saved" August 18th, 1999, and now God is the most important thing in my life. God has blessed me with some wonderful new Christian friends, an awesome new job, and most of all, He has given me hope, joy, and peace in my life. Knowing Jesus set me free.
