HIGH PERFORMANCE OFFICES
In architecture it’s not good enough to simply create something that looks beautiful; you need to create something that functions beautifully as well. The purpose of this project was to create a building as technically sound as it was aesthetically pleas ing. Remaining within the given restrictions of the zoning code I and a design partner were to create a high performance office building. We employed passive solar design techniques to make the building energy efficient, while maximizing the rentable space to make it financially efficient as well.
