Johnny Buscema Jr. is the President and CEO of Safe Structure Designs, a Christian-based defense contracting leader known for providing ergonomic, safety-first support equipment to the U.S. military branches, including the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and Special Ops. Since founding S.A.F.E. Structure Designs LLC in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada, he has successfully positioned the company as a top U.S. defense contractor, specializing in designing, engineering, and manufacturing customizable solutions for military operations. The company's extensive product line supports air, land, sea, and space missions. Operating seven manufacturing facilities across the United States with unique capabilities, the S.A.F.E. Structure supports the Department of Defense globally with high-quality American-made products. He credits his remarkable success to his faith, often sharing that understanding God’s plan may come later, but steadfast obedience and faith in Jesus never lead to disappointment. Before his current role, he was the President, CEO, and majority partner at All Metal MS, where he significantly boosted the company’s financial standing by tripling its gross sales and production output, rescuing it from the brink of bankruptcy. His prowess in financial management was honed in his early career in financial investing, where he developed skills that helped him effectively manage cash flow, cut costs, negotiate with creditors, and restructure debts. In 2001, he joined John Hancock Financial Services, quickly climbing to the top through sheer determination and expertise in financial investments. In 2005, drawing from a strong family background in real estate construction, he established Stylistic Designs Developers in Clearwater, FL, a general contracting firm specializing in residential, commercial, and medical facility construction, which continues to thrive under his leadership.
