CAMOUFLAGE CAMERA EQUIPMENT

Camouflage can be a useful tool for wildlife photographers, helping them to avoid detection. By blending into the environment, a photographer should be able to create better images of an animal, many of which will flee the scene if they sense the presence of a possible threat. There are lots of camouflage options available to wildlife photographers, including:

Camouflage-patterned accessories will help to reduce the visibility of the camera, as well as offering some protection too. Tripod leg protectors come in a variety of patterns and colors and be easily changed to suit the environment. Camouflage lens skins and camera body skins work by disguising the camera itself, as well as preventing glare from the sun reflecting off equipment and potentially scaring wildlife away.

Every type of camouflage clothing is available, from jackets and trousers to gloves, hats and rain gear. Choose a camouflage pattern that matches the environment or wear earth tones. 3
