A Few Tips for Perfect Abs, to Be Followed In Routine Along with the increasing health and fitness consciousness among people more men and women are coming forward as fitness freaks. To retain the body is shape or to get the perfect looking abs, it is crucial that one has profound feeling and enthusiasm for it. Maintain muscle strength by isometrics-Stressing the abdominal muscles through the isometrics on daily basis help in maintaining the strength. This is associated with strengthening the three vital abdominal muscles-Rectus abdominals (to form six packs), transverse abdominals ( to keep the stomach flat)and oblique (V-shaped muscles).The muscles are flexed and a position is hold for some time near about 10-30 seconds, during this one needs to focus one peak muscular contraction. After this one can relax body for few seconds. First do exercise, other than abs –This is because the core abdominal needs to be stable for a perfect exercise and the entire body depends on it. If the abs exercise is done first, then it may result in tiring or fatigue and low performance. Do lots of reps and take it to the point of exhaustion –It is recommended that while doing bodyweight ab exercises, one must do as many reps as possible till he gives up completely. This is preferred along with the lower weights. The weighted ab exercise is helpful in optimum development of the abs. Keep on changing the rep speeds- the increased rep speeds boost the activity of all the four ab muscles and are more power oriented and explosive. Those oblique muscles which are least active during the slow rep speed become active six times with high rep speeds. But the high speed reps are required to be done in proper manner for best results.


Take proper breathing during exercise-breathing has a vital role in tightening the abs. For proper oxygen delivery and better muscle contraction, breathing is important. Inhaling during the body is lowered and exhaling while the body reaches the final position with abs squeezing is very beneficial. Besides this, one needs to take proper diet avoiding fast digesting carbohydrate food. Drinking lots of water is also beneficial. Training the abs by following its basics on daily basis surely helps in getting attractive and tightened abs.
