IT’S YOUR TIME TO THRIVE!
You’ve been accepted to JWU (Are you still doing a happy dance? We are!) and now it’s getting closer to when you need to make your college decision. We understand that it’s beginning to feel real and we’re here to support you as you decide. What questions do you still have?
“Will I find success at JWU?”
We chose you to join our community because you’re a motivated, creative, curious and driven student. Our professors have industry experience to connect you to your field, and staff across campus are here to support your transition into college. Let us help connect you to the right opportunities to make your ambitions a reality.
“Will I be prepared for a career?”
Yes, because learning by doing is the JWU way. You’ll have résumébuilding experiences and gain the skills employers are looking for. It’s why our success rate is so high; 95.4% of our graduates have a successful career outcome within six months of graduating.
“Will I make friends?”
With 100+ clubs and organizations universitywide ranging from academic interests and advocacy to cultural and Greek Life, there’s something for everyone. The people you meet here will end up as lifelong friends.
“Can I afford it?”
We encourage you to file your FAFSA as soon as possible as our financial aid team is committed to helping you find ways to afford your education. Even if you haven't received your full financial aid package due to FAFSA delays, you can still secure your spot in the Class of 2028. Any domestic undergraduate student who deposits to JWU and later decides to withdraw due to finances may request a deposit refund; refund requests must be made before June 1, 2024.
“I have a different question.”
We have answers! Please reach out to your dedicated admissions rep or post your questions to the accepted student groups in ZeeMee or jwuLink.
