COVID-19 ASSURANCE - Johnsons are Good to Go! At the time of writing this brochure, at the end of October 2020, we are still in the grip of this terrible pandemic. However, we very much hope that as winter progresses and we reach the spring of 2021, that restrictions will be lifted and we can all enjoy life, and holidays, more or less as we used to! However, we must remain vigilant throughout and we want to assure you that you are in safe hands when you travel on our Holidays and Great Breaks. We have a well-established COVID-19 risk assessment in place as well as our detailed Safe Operating Procedure, which can be found on our website. Rest assured that we will ensure you still have a most enjoyable Great Break whilst keeping you safe and secure. Following the recent government guidelines (of October 2020) with regard to Tiers 1, 2 and 3; we are pleased to provide the following flexible arrangements: 1.
If you find yourself in a Tier 3 area and are unable to join us: You can transfer all monies paid to another Great Break free of charge. 2. If we have to cancel a holiday due to it going to a Tier 3 area: Again, you can transfer all monies paid to another Great Break – free of charge! 3. We need to reserve the right to cancel your Great Break at any time due to the loss of passengers residing in Tier 3 areas, (as in no. 1 above). Once again, all monies paid can be transferred to another holiday free of charge.
(Please note with items 1, 2 and 3 above, that this provision excludes travel insurance premiums as these are non-refundable).
4. Our updated travel insurance now provides cover for cancellation and curtailment due to illness caused by Coronavirus. At this difficult time we strongly recommend that customers do take out travel insurance.
We want to reassure you that you are safe to travel with us and hope that, like us, you are looking forward to a change of scenery in 2021.
