One of the most popular attractions is the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary which has rescued over 500 donkeys for you to befriend, they even offer an amazing Sunday Roast - just make sure you book a table as they are very popular and the restaurant fills up fast!
To explore Sidmouth in the best way, why not follow Sidmouth's history throughout the ages by completing the Blue Plaque Trail. One of the stops on the way gives you an idea of the towns royal connections. Queen Victoria briefly called Sidmouth home as an infant, she moved to the town with her parents and she lived in a grand house which is now a hotel allowing you too to live like royalty for your visit. Take a stroll on the Beach. Check out the work done by Sidmouth in bloom at the town's gardens.

Sidmouth's Tourist Information Centre can be found on Ham Lane, Sidmouth EX10 8XR. The centre provides all the information needed about local attractions, as well as maps and books about the town and the surrounding area. Find walking routes, pick up some Visit Sidmouth merchandise or find out about the history of Sidmouth.
